Your Reviews Are Costing You Roof Jobs

Show Notes

Most homeowners don’t call a roofer first. They Google first. They’ll check your website and your reviews before they ever pick up the phone. Strong, recent reviews make you the safe choice. Old reviews or none at all? You look risky, even if your work is top-notch. Make reviews part of your process: send the link right after the job’s done. Want to see what homeowners see when they search for roofers in your area? Message me and I’ll show you what to fix to get more calls.

Intro

Most homeowners they don’t call a roofer first. They Google first.

What Drives Homeowners to Find a Roofer

They notice a leak, a missing shingle, or storm damage, and they search for “roof repair near me”, or “roofer in my area”. In about 30 seconds they have a shortlist without even ever having to talk to you.

What Homeowners Are Looking for

They’re looking at your Google listing, your website, and your reviews. And reviews are a big one, because homeowners don’t know who to trust. Reviews are proof that you show up, you communicate, and you do clean work. If you’ve got a strong rating and recent reviews, you look like the safe choice. If you have a few old reviews or none, you might look great but online you look risky.

Make Google Reviews Part of Your Marketing Process

So make reviews part of your process. After the job’s complete, send the link, and ask while it’s fresh.
